Integrando a Análise de Dados ao Dia a dia do Auditor com a Plataforma de Alertas, Riscos e Tipologias do TCU

The Unified Platform for Alerts, Risks, and Typologies (PARTS) is an institutional solution of the Federal Court of Accounts (TCU) for data-driven auditing that consolidates the lifecycle of alerts, typologies, and risk models. The work addresses three recurring challenges faced by Supreme Audit Institutions: (i) technical barriers to producing and reusing queries; (ii) fragmentation of processes and artifacts across teams and systems; and (iii) the “last mile” of adoption—bringing actionable evidence to auditors and to managers of audited entities. We propose an architecture comprising a unified metadata catalog, development libraries and standards, periodic orchestration/execution, and a communication module for managers, integrated with corporate systems (LabContas for data; e-Controle and Word/Copilot for consumption). The goal is to provide a replicable platform model for alerts in external control, focused on standardization, reuse, and the delivery of public value.
