Information Science and Public Administration: an approach to Information Governance using the Mediation Law as a facilitator in improving the efficiency of information management

Abstract
This article aims to review some aspects of Information Governance and Information Science in the Public Administration. Methods of mediation can be used with these aspects among users of information to improve the Information Management process, including for conflict resolution, as established by the Mediation Law (13,140/2015) and by the new Civil Procedure Code (Law 13,105/2015).
