National Development, Bidding and Oversight by the Courts of Accounts

Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between national development, public bidding, and external control carried out by the Courts of Accounts. The study focuses on the breadth of the concept of development and on the timid pursuit for development through bidding by public entities.

is a state Government Auditor at the Paraná State Court
of Accounts . She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the Federal University of Paraná, a graduate degree in Civil Procedural Law from the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law and an MBA in Public Administration and City Management.
