Reflections on Governance in Public Policy for Promoting the Rights of the Person with Disability
Abstract
This article aims to analyze and discuss governance in Public Policy for the Promotion of the Rights of the Person with Disability in Brazil, based on the technical guidelines for evaluation of governance in public policies prepared by the Federal Court of Accounts - Brazil (TCU).

is a Prosecutor with the Public Prosecution Office within TCU, supervisor of the Accessibility Policy of the Federal Court of Accounts, lecturer on accessibility and has a Law Degree at the UDF University.
