Abstract

The article "Innovating to Transform: The Role of Innovation in Generating Public Value" recalls milestones of the innovative culture at the TCU over the past 15 years, with emphasis on the foundations, guidelines, and practices promoted by InovaAud, a unit specialized in promoting innovation in external control, created during the current administration.
