Abstract

The interview with the President of the Chamber of Deputies, Hugo Motta, addresses relevant topics such as the importance of institutional dialogue and the role of the TCU (Federal Court of Accounts) in strengthening public governance and in the management of both public resources and the allocation of parliamentary amendments.

Author Biography

Hugo Motta

He graduated in medicine from the Faculdade Nova Esperança de João Pessoa. He is a federal congressman, the youngest in the history of the House. Currently in his fourth term, he holds the position of President of the Chamber of Deputies. Throughout his career, he has chaired important committees, such as the Petrobras CPI and the Temporary Joint Committee on Tax Reform, in addition to reporting on strategic provisional measures for the country.
