Use of Deep Learning in Oversight

Abstract
This article describes how the deep learning
technique may be applied to actions of external control
and the fight against corruption. Historic facts,
which show the evolution of this technique, are
presented in this article, as well as the functioning
of the artificial and biological neural networks and
a set of application examples.
