Marcelo Barros Gomes

TCU’s General Coordinator of External Control of Results of Public Policies
and Programs. Assistant professor of audit and governmental control, public
management and public policies of Fundação Dom Cabral and Fundação Getúlio
Vargas. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the Catholic
University (PUC), a master’s degree in public administration and public policy
from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and a specialization
degree in government performance audit by the United States Government
Accountability Office.
